Quality policy statement

Ipsum Creative (formerley Monsigneur Creative) was established in 2016 to provide Graphic Design and Visual Communication services. Based in Adelaide South Australia.

Quality is important to my business because I value my clients and partners. I strive to provide my clients and partners with products and services which meet and even exceed their expectations.

I am committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving my performance.

I have the following systems and procedures in place to support me in my aim of total client satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout my business:

  • Regular gathering and monitoring of client feedback
  • A client complaints procedure
  • Selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria
  • Training and development
  • Regular audit of Ipsum Creative internal processes
  • Measurable quality objectives which reflect my business aims
  • Reviews of audit results, client feedback and complaints.

My internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are held in a Quality document which is available to approved interested parties.

This policy is kept as a cloud file with regular review.

Although I have ultimate responsibility for quality, all used suppliers have a responsibility within their own areas of work to help ensure that quality is embedded throughout the process. I ensure my suppliers are also quality assured and focussed.

The last policy review date was 5 March 2022.
